Fulfilment
Retail-ready despatch to your 3PL or DC
Palletised despatch with the documentation pack your retail buyer asks for. UK and EU delivery as standard, customs paperwork for export, optional storage buffer between production and call-off.

What leaves here
Palletised, documented, retail-ready
Every batch leaves on a pallet, labelled to your retailer's spec, with the documentation pack your buyer's compliance team will ask for in the listing process. We ship direct to your nominated 3PL, distribution centre, or warehouse. One handover, fully documented, no gaps for your ops team or retailer's compliance check to trip over.
UK and EU delivery is the standard path. For export markets we provide customs paperwork (commercial invoices, certificates of origin where required, market-specific declarations) so the pallet clears without delay.
- Pallet-level despatch to your nominated address
- Full documentation pack (COAs, batch records, specifications)
- UK and EU delivery as standard
- Customs paperwork for export markets
- Integration with major UK 3PLs
- Single handover per batch, no split shipments

Retail-ready paperwork
What your buyer asks for, as standard
Major UK retailers, grocery, pharmacy, and most large DTC platforms, require a supplier documentation pack before listing. Manufacturers that scramble to produce this after the fact cost you weeks at the buyer stage. We send the pack with every batch, on first request, no chasing.
The pack covers everything from BRCGS AA* certification through to per-batch COAs and artwork compliance review. If your retailer asks for a specific document we don't already include (e.g. a category-specific allergen statement, a SEDEX audit summary), we add it within 48 hours.
- BRCGS AA* certificate
- Product specifications per SKU
- COA per batch (identity, potency, microbial, heavy metals)
- Stability data
- Claims substantiation per EFSA / market rules
- Artwork compliance review
- Customs paperwork for export
- Supplier questionnaires completed end-to-end

Storage and buffer
Production cadence meets retail cadence
Production batches don't always land on the day your retailer's listing window opens or your DTC peak hits. Optional storage buffer holds finished, retail-ready stock between production and call-off, so you can sequence despatch around your launch plan, not your manufacturer's slot.
Storage runs by SKU and batch with FEFO (first expiry, first out) rotation, so older stock ships first and shelf life on the retailer's shelf stays maximised. Storage records are traceable per SKU per batch.
- Storage by SKU and batch
- Scheduled call-off windows
- Multi-batch holding for staggered despatch
- FEFO rotation as standard
- Traceable storage records

Fulfilment FAQs
Common questions from brands scoping despatch and 3PL handover.
Do you ship direct to my customers?
No. We're a B2B contract manufacturer. We ship retail-ready pallets to your nominated 3PL, distribution centre, or warehouse, who then handle direct-to-consumer fulfilment from there. This is the standard pattern for UK supplement brands.
Do you integrate with major UK 3PLs?
Yes. We deliver to all the major UK supplement-supportive 3PLs as standard. If your 3PL has specific receipt protocols, label formats, or ASN requirements, we match them; tell us at NPD scoping.
How long from production sign-off to despatch?
Typically 1 to 3 working days from final QC release to pallet on a vehicle. The longer step is QC release, not logistics: COAs, batch records, and label compliance review all sit before despatch.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes for EU, Middle East, and most international markets. Each destination has specific regulatory and customs nuances (ingredient permissions, labelling, certificates of origin); we provide the paperwork and flag blockers before despatch.
What's in the standard documentation pack?
BRCGS AA* certificate, product specification per SKU, COA per batch (identity, potency, microbial safety, heavy metals), stability data, claims substantiation, artwork compliance review, and any export paperwork your destination market requires.
Do you offer storage between production and despatch?
Yes. Storage buffer is available where your launch cadence or retail window misaligns with production slots. Storage runs by SKU and batch with FEFO rotation. We quote per-pallet per-week for longer-term holding.
What's the smallest unit you despatch?
Pallet. Sub-pallet quantities are technically possible but uneconomic, the per-unit picking and packing cost erodes the margin on small-volume orders.
