The packaging formats we fill and finish
In-line filling, capping, labelling, tamper-evidence, cartoning, and outer-wrapping across:
- Bottles: HDPE, amber glass, PET, child-resistant caps where required
- Pouches: stand-up, flat, and resealable, single-serve and multi-serve
- Sachets and stick packs: 3 g to 30 g fill weights for single-serve powders
- Jars and tubs: scoop-ready, tamper-evident lids, retail-ready labels
- Dropper and shot bottles: for liquid supplements, tinctures, and functional shots
- Blister packs: for dose-metered products where retailer spec requires them
Secondary packaging (cartons, outers, pallet-wrap) is handled in-house so your palletised despatch leaves here retail-ready, not 'nearly retail-ready'.

Do I supply the packaging or do you?
Either works. For brands with in-house artwork and print suppliers, we integrate: you ship labels and cartons to us, we fill and pack. For brands that want us to handle packaging sourcing end-to-end, we do that too, with spec guidance during NPD.
What packaging formats do you fill in-house?
HDPE, amber glass, and PET bottles; stand-up and flat pouches; sachets and stick packs (3 g to 30 g); scoop-ready jars and tubs; dropper and shot bottles; blister packs. Secondary packaging (cartons, outers, pallet-wrap) all in-line.
Do you offer sustainable packaging?
Yes. PCR-content bottles, recyclable pouches, FSC-certified cartons, and reduced-plastic formats are all supported where your brand specification requires them. We'll flag trade-offs (cost, shelf-life, retailer acceptance) during NPD.
Can you help with label compliance?
Yes. Label compliance review is part of NPD: ingredient declarations, allergen warnings, nutritional information, health claims (EFSA rules), batch and expiry coding, barcodes, and market-specific disclosures.
Do you handle tamper evidence and batch coding?
Yes, across all formats. Shrink-sleeve tamper bands on bottles, induction-seal liners where required, tamper-evident caps on jars and tubs. Batch and expiry coding is applied in-line per retailer specification.
What's the MOQ for packaging?
Packaging MOQ is tied to product MOQ: 1,000 units per SKU. Custom packaging components (custom-moulded caps, branded jars) may carry their own minimums or tooling costs, quoted during NPD.
